TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Welcome to our website.

  • If you continue to use or browse this website you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use.

  • AFH Trading reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.

  • The term “AFH Trading” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website.

  • `We have no responsibility for the content of any linked websites. Links are provided for your information and convenience, and are do not signify our endorsement.

  • Force majeure: where, in spite of our reasonable efforts, we are unable to perform an obligation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be deemed to be in breach of contract with the customer.

  • AFH Trading do not accept liability for damage or injury while using and/or misusing any product.

  • Investigation of missing or delayed parcels will be pursued through normal channels before compensation is considered. We aim to resolve postal issues as soon as possible.

  • The purchase of some goods may be deemed illegal in some countries. Please check with your local Customs office before placing an order.

  • It is required by law to supply an official copy (photocopy, scanned image etc.) of either your passport, drivers license or birth certificate proving you are over the age of 18 years old for orders containing weapons .

    PRODUCTS

  • Goods are subject to availability.

  • All images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Actual designs and colour schemes may vary due to the manufacture and/or dye process from time to time.

  • Wood is a natural material and any grains and markings on wood items are outside the control of the manufacturer and cannot be classified as a manufacturer fault.

    DELIVERY

  • Goods won’t be despatched until customer payment has been received in full.

  • Ownership and risk in the goods is transferred is at the point of carrier delivery at the customer’s premises. Any customer requesting goods to be left in a safe place are accepting full liability and cost of goods and no claim can be brought to AFH Trading for missing or partially delivered items.

  • Damaged and shortage of goods must be notified to the company in writing within 3 days to enable us to investigate the claim. Damaged or an open box received by the customer must be signed for as “damaged” or “open box” or no responsibility will be taken by the company.

  • Delivery times are provided as an estimate only.

  • The customer will be responsible for any local taxes that are enforced in that country.

    RETURNS

  • If a wrong items is ordered, not by fault of AFH Trading, the customer will have to pay for the return postage and packaging.

  • No custom, special or sale item will be accepted for refunds or exchanges unless faulty.

  • Refunds are at the discretion of the company. Happy to accept refunds within 28 days.

    DATA PROTECTION

  • We will ensure that all information is kept secure and confidential in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to buy Tonfa.

  • Weapons are sold for training and Kata use only, or for demonstrations of forms, or as collectors' items for display only.

  • You should inspect your Tonfa before use to ensure that they are in good condition.

  • We do not accept liability for damage or injury through misuse of products purchased.

  • The user assumes all risks of injury.

  • Any customer requesting goods to be left safe are accepting full liability and cost of goods and no claim can be brought to AFH Trading for missing or partially delivered items.
